I am by no means an expert in this, or any field, I am only sharing my experiences as I navigate the process of bankruptcy and the aftermath of someone who now has a bankruptcy on their credit file. The things I learned along the way, and the things I learned after the fact. Also, providing insight and suggestions that I learned for myself during the process, in which I hope can be in some way beneficial to you in the management of your credit and finances or provide a general idea of how the bankruptcy process works. Ideally, my hope for you is that you can avoid the stress, burden, and stigma of having to file for bankruptcy. I have included some basic ideas for credit management as well as some suggested tools that can be utilized in helping to prevent finding yourself becoming overwhelmed by your own debt. However, if you find yourself facing the difficult decision to file for bankruptcy, I hope you can use my experience as a general guide for some of the things you can expect both during, and after, the bankruptcy process.
